Ingredients

  • 200gr ground lean beef (5-7%/8-12%)
  • Frozen or fresh vegetables (broccoli carrot squash)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 bacon pieces
Cooking Steps
Firstly, sautee the vegetables in the pan with some oil. When the vegetables turn hot and soft, add the garlic and sautee for 1 minute, then remove from pan. Prepare a beef out of the ground beef and cook on both sides for 2 minutes – remove from pan and put on top of the vegetables. Cook bacon straps until as desired, and put on top of the beef. Lastly, cut the avocado into small chunks and put it on top of the bacon.
