Pumpkin Seeds~4 Ways


Spicy-Sweet Seeds:
1 cup  pumpkin seeds
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp cayenne
1 tsp avocado oil
1T raw honey

Asian-Sesame Seeds:
1T coconut aminos
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp sea salt

Lemon Poppy-Seed Pumpkin Seeds:
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 tsp poppy seeds
1T lemon juice
1 tsp avocado oil
1/4 sea salt

Choco-Nut Pumpkin Seeds:
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1T unsweetened cocoa powder
T creamy almond butter
1T avocado oil
1 tsp raw honey
1/8 tsp sea salt
Pre-heat oven to 250 degrees.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper.  Choose your flavor above.  Stir ingredients in a bowl.  Spread over a parchment-paper lined baking dish.  Bake for 50 minutes.  Stir halfway through baking.
Let rest for 15 minutes.  Stir and serve.
