Three Day Cleanse & Detox
This is a three day cleanse & detox designed to kick-start a healthy eating plan and cleanse your system. Below you will find ingredients for the 3 day cleanse & detox. It is recommended to juice twice dailyBe sure to drink plenty of water while doing the detox. It’s recommended to drink four 12 ounce glasses a day of either spring, filtered or distilled water. Flavored or sweetened water is not recommended.
This detox does not include added sweeteners, caffein, dairy, wheat or gluten, or animal protein.

- 1 medium ginger root
- 1 large bunch of kale
- 2 heads celery
- 1 bunch of spinach
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tub sprouts
- 2 bunches parsley (Italian or curly will work)
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1/2 pound green beans
- 3 carrots
- 4 zucchini
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 small container flax seeds or chia seeds
- 1 avocado
- 5 medium cucumbers
- 4 apples
- 3 lemons
- 2 limes
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 small red onion
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup raw walnuts
- 1 can coconut milk or 1 carton almond milk or hemp milk
- 1 small bottle extra-virgin olive oil
- Ground Cinnamon
- Ground black pepper
- Small container sea salt
- Dried oregano
- 1 box chamomile tea bags
- 1 gallon distilled, spring or drinking water (more for drinking if not using tap water)
- 4 ounces quinoa (found next to the rice), optional
