Found this great smoothie recipe for Hubby Smoothie by was really good although I had only cashews and honey so subbed out for what I had.It was delish.
Makes 2 litres
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • handful (1/4 cup) raw almonds
  • 4 medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 big handfuls spinach
Add all ingredients to the blender.  Blend on low speed and gradually increase speed.  Blend on high until smooth and frothy.  To learn more about how I create smoothies visit My Smoothie Approach.
