Nutty Fruit Smoothie

1/3 cup (80 g) plain greek yogurt
1/4 medium banana, peeled
3 TBSP (23 g) walnuts
2 pitted dates
1 tsp honey
1/2 cup (70g) fresh or frozen unsweetened raspberries
1 cup (240 ml) ice cubes
