Ingredients
2.5 lbs beef stew meat
4 carrots
2 parsnips or red potatoes 1 each
2 sweet potatoes
1 onion
4 celery sticks
2 cloves of garlic
1 can of organic beef broth or homemade (14.5 oz)
2 t sea salt or kosher
1/2 t pepper
2 t smoked paprika
Season the meat with the seasons and add garlic powder for extra garlic.Chop up veggies to 1 inch pieces.Mince garlic.Add the broth to the bottom of slow cooker.Add the meat and the veggies on top.Cook on low for 8 hours.Enjoy.
